At Explore Wildlife Safari, we strive to provide a smooth and hassle-free booking experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Safari Booking Cancellation
- Safari bookings are subject to the cancellation rules and regulations of the Forest Department.
- Once a safari permit has been issued, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
- Any cancellation request must be submitted as early as possible for review.
2. Resort & Hotel Cancellation
- Resort and hotel cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective property.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the booking date and hotel policy.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the hotel’s terms and conditions.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only if they are permitted under the applicable Forest Department or hotel policies.
- Processing time for approved refunds is generally 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
4. Cancellation by Authorities
If a safari is cancelled due to:
- Forest Department regulations
- Bad weather
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Park closure or operational reasons
the refund will be processed according to the applicable Forest Department or service provider’s policy.
5. No-Show Policy
- Guests who fail to arrive at the boarding point on time or do not attend the safari without prior notice will be treated as No-Show.
- No refund will be applicable in such cases.
6. Booking Changes
- Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and the applicable rules of the Forest Department or accommodation provider.
- Additional charges may apply for any approved changes.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise permitted by the concerned authority:
- Government permit fees
- Processing charges
- Convenience or service fees (where applicable)
